This family home is located in a very quiet location surrounded by new homes, close to the playground & Mahalia Coffee House. Lovely wide formal entrance hall with stepped ceiling opens to family room with fitted cinema area, large flat screen TV with foxtel.
Designer kitchen with stainless appliances, island bench and breakfast bar, butlers pantry & dishwasher.
Wall of north facing glass doors beams natural light across open plan dining and opens out to the large covered outdoor entertaining area. Large child friendly backyard. Outside pet is welcome, the property is fully fenced to keep your furry friend safe.
Main open plan kitchen/dining opens via double doors to formal lounge with an electric fireplace, creating a cosy & relaxing atmosphere at night. Again, with a large flat screen TV with foxtel. Office nook with free WIFI for those moments when you just can't leave work behind.
Spacious master queen bedroom room opens to luxurious ensuite with twin vanities. Bedroom 2 is also a queen, bedroom 3 has 2 singles & bedroom 4 has 2 sets of toddler set of bunks.
Property also caters for the little ones with a change table, highchair & a porta cot available (no linen or towels supplied for baby)
Ducted heating and cooling for 100% comfort year-round. Galley style laundry with washer & dryer. The garage has a pool table & a tennis table for you to enjoy.

The property has a fully fenced yard. Outside pets are welcome. It is the dog owner's responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard premises, Robe Coastal Holidays cannot guarantee fencing will be suitable match with your pet.

Linen & towels are supplied.

What to Bring- Our properties are fully self-contained, and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid, dish tablet, dish cloth, soap, and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only allow one towel per person. T-towels are provided. Please note we do not make up the bunk beds in any of our properties. Things you will need to bring or purchase throughout your stay: Beach towels, Hair Dryer, Laundry powder (front loading powder is great for top loaders as well as front) Extra bathroom/beach towels and face washers if items supplied listed above do not suit your needs. Throughout your stay you will need more toilet paper, soap and dishwashing products.

  The house was so well equipped and thought out. We were two families of 9 people and did not feel crowded at all. It was the little things that had been provided for us, games, dress ups for kids, games room, scooters... a beautiful home that worked so well even when the weather wasn't on our side.   We had a wonderful family getaway here for my mother's birthday. The property was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and the location was very quiet yet still within walking distance of the main street and beach. The house is large with a great layout allowing for guests to each have their own space when required, while there are also numerous living spaces where everyone can comfortably spend time together. The backyard contains a large covered outdoor entertaining area and a spacious lawn area, and has secure fencing which allowed us to also bring our outdoor dogs with us - this was a huge bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Robe, particularly if you are travelling with family.

  What a fantastic Airbnb. A whole house for my extended family to share and enjoy one another’s company. Amazingly, well equipped, spotlessly, cleaned and appointed. No shortages of places to combine mealtimes as well as spaces for family members to chill out on our own. Love the pool table in table tennis fantastic alfresco area and close to all conveniences.   We had a beautiful time in Robe. The house was clean and perfect, well presented and tastefully decorated. We loved the extra touches with the pool table, table tennis table, scooters and helmets as well as the art and crafts. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge and coffee machine were added bonuses. The house was in a quiet location, 10/15 mins walk to the Main Street. Would highly recommend this property and my children are already asking when we can return.
  A special mention to Jo who went above and beyond to help us when we needed assistance. A wonderful holiday, Robe is a magical place and we hope to return next year.

  We all had an amazing time. Very close to everything you need kids loved to be able to ride there bikes to play ground and to Main Street. House was amazing couldn’t fault it at all.   We were pleasantly surprised with the property and lived that it had a pool and table tennis table. A great place to take a group as garage opens up to backyard outdoor area having extra space out of wind etc. Due to Covid we had to mess with dates etc and Jo ? Was very helpful and extended our time to travel. Home was easy to heat and had great facilities. Only thing (which is rather trivial) is would be great to have soap holders and maybe a shower mat and instructions on how to use stove, coffee machine and dishwasher. I know we can google but it is one thing we found at a few places we have stayed how good having a book of how to dos. Would highly recommend. Great Gor young and old.
