Perfect location, park the car & the main street is right at your doorstep. Cafes, cellar doors, restaurants, town beach & plenty of retail therapy to be had & after a long day come home to the large north facing deck for some relaxation.
The property has a main loungeroom at the front of the house plus a family room with an open plan kitchen & dining room. Air conditioning throughout the house & in some of the bedrooms, other bedrooms have ceiling fans & heaters. The kitchen has a dishwasher & a coffee machine, just bring your favorite grinds.
The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen Tv with ensuite, bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen beds, bedroom 4 has 1 queen & a bunk bed. Main bathroom has a bath & a shower with a separate toilet & double sink. The laundry has a washing machine & an extra toilet. There is also an outdoor shower with hot & cold water. The large yard is not fully fenced, enough room for the boat.
Linen & towels are provided.
What to Bring- Our properties are fully self-contained, and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid, dish tablet, dish cloth, soap, and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only allow one towel per person. T-towels are provided. Please note we do not make up the bunk beds in any of our properties. Things you will need to bring or purchase throughout your stay: Beach towels, Hair Dryer, Laundry powder (front loading powder is great for top loaders as well as front) Extra bathroom/beach towels and face washers if items supplied listed above do not suit your needs. Throughout your stay you will need more toilet paper, soap and dish washing products.
* Things to note: the property is not pet friendly & is not fenced. The converted garage is not available to guests.

    This property was perfect for family for a recent weekend away. The kitchen had absolutely everything. The house has 2 separate living spaces which works great with a house full, one area for being together, eating, board games etc and the other area was great for TV/movies, lazing about. The manager pre-warned about an ant invasion, due to the weather, in 2 kitchen cupboards but this did not affect our stay and measures had been taken to address this. The proximity to the main street was excellent, easy 1 minute walk to cafes and 5 minutes to the Calli. Thanks for having us stay.
