Tastefully decorated this quirky beach shack with glimpses of Guichen Bay from the balcony.
One street back from popular Long Beach with beach access path across the road.
Open plan living and dining.
New kitchen - with electric oven and stovetop, rangehood, dishwasher and microwave. Property has a Nespresso Inissia Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, just bring your favorite pods.
Lounge area with RC airconditioner and wood heater, please note wood is not supplied but can be purchased at the supermarket, service station or Mitre 10.
Upstairs bedroom has a king size single +regular single. Bathroom & toilet.
Downstairs - has 1 queen size bedroom, the 3 rd bedroom has 1 queen size bed & privacy screen from through traffic. Bathroom- with child's bath & shower combo + toilet.
New electric blankets on all beds
New laundry with new front loader washing machine
Dog friendly, fenced yard. Big dogs outside only. Small dogs may come inside.
PLEASE NOTE: Access to 2nd level by external stairs only. SHED ACCESS IS NOT AVAILABLE
Linen & towels are supplied.
What to Bring- Our properties are fully self-contained, and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid, dish tablet, dish cloth, soap, and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only allow one towel per person. T-towels are provided. Please note we do not make up the top of the bunk beds in any of our properties. Things you will need to bring or purchase throughout your stay: Beach towels, Hair Dryer, Laundry powder (front loading powder is great for top loaders as well as front) Extra bathroom/beach towels and face washers if items supplied listed above do not suit your needs. Throughout your stay you will need more toilet paper, soap and dishwashing products. Please note we do not supply any pantry items.

    The location is great, very short walk to the beach. However, the layout of the house is strange and not ideal for people with young children. The outdoor stairs got very slippery when it rained and were unavoidable due to layout as main living and cooking are upstairs.

    Not quite what we expected. There is no internal staircase which might not matter in better weather but in very wet windy conditions it means putting on your outdoor clothes to go to the bedrooms. The external staircase is completely exposed to the elements and quite slippery when wet. There is limited outside lighting making it difficult to lock/unlock the door downstairs. The two double bedrooms are downstairs and you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the bathroom. On the positive side the heating worked well upstairs and the house was clean.
